5 Tips To Get Rid Of Bullies

Being bully was my worst nightmare in my childhood, even though I am now 16 years old, I still can’t forget how frightening it is for me. I am what you called a crybaby.

In my childhood, other kids always teased me and bully me all the time because I usually the youngest and the weakest. Kids always made me go buy them food, water or even stole my money and my stuffs.

The worst thing about being bullying is that no one helps you or supports you. In my case, my dad didn’t support me, instead of comforting me, he scolded me and hit me hard every time.

It is the same with my teachers. I always told every things to them and most of the time I usually cried and after many time, they didn’t care and blame on me instead.

I kind of hate the feeling that when I talked about it with my dad, he always said, “If I didn’t bother them, how would they bother me.”. That was the hopeless feeling for me.

Whenever, something happened everyone in my class can see that but whenever I cried and told the teacher, they always told them that, “It wasn’t that hard. He is lying to you.”.

They usually take off my pants, kick me and say means things about me and how parents and how weak I was compare to them.

So here are some tips that I have to get out of bullying:

·      Tip #1: Pretend:

Bullies like it, when you started to be more angry, upset or apologize. It is the fun part for them. Bullies always do that to someone who is weaker than them but most of time, they also got bullied in the past.

Instead, of apologizing or being upset, you should pretend that you are okay with their comments. You can just pretend that you accepted it and move on with it. According to some research, most of the time it works.

·      Tip #2: Don’t ignore them:

Most people said that, “You should ignore them.”. But for me I don’t think it work that way. I think that the more you ignore them or stay away from them, the more they will try to get to you.

I know it is scary but you just have to put up with them, so seriously never ignore them. It could be worse and it will be more likely to become your fear, which impact on every decisions you are about to make.

·      Tip #3: Always told the teachers:

You need to tell the teachers about it. Don’t leave it alone and bottle it up in yourself. You can told your teachers, school directors, parents, or anyone. Trust me it is best to do that.

Even though, in my experience, they don’t care but just tell them, before things get worst. It can help you a bit, trust me. Sometime, I have fear of what would happen, if I told them but I have to.

·      Tip #4: Forgive them:

Some said that, “Forgive but never forget.”. That is truth. For me, I think you should forgive them and move on with your life. Just don’t care about what they comments and try to improve your worth.

Comments are not always bad. Sometime, you need to think about them and try to prove them that they are wrong. That way, I don’t get as much bully as before. You just need to focus on yourself.

·      Tip #5: Be strong:

In the worst case, the only way to get rid of it is to become stronger yourself. You are the one who decide your fate, so you can start exercising, learn martial artist, and learn self-defense.

Some case, it will lead to fight, which is the worst possible scenario. The best way is to build yourself up, be braver, stronger, tougher and show them that you can overcome them.
