How I Got Into Exercise With One Accident

That accident impacts on my emotion a lot at that time. It happened a couple of months ago. At that time, my father decided to buy me a motorcycle. He tried to buy a motorcycle that have less weight but works great.

At that time, I thought, “Oh, this will be easy, everyone can do it. So why can’t I?”. Or so I thought. When I lift the motorcycle, the darn truth fell upon me. I can’t lift it.

I didn’t really do many exercises. At first, I just don’t care about it. You just used your motorcycle to ride right? Not lifting it right? I used it to go to school since I quickly adapted to it by practice about 3 days.

After a couple of weeks, when I tried to pull my motorcycle out of the parking spot, it just fell and hit other motorcycles in a row. It was 5 or 6 motorcycle there. Oh man, that broke me down a lot.

Luckily, some people there are helping me lifting it back up but I don’t know if there are any damage or not. I can’t sleep that night at all. It was one my worst period in my life I would say.

So here are the things that changed me:

·      My nightmare:

At the night that I can’t get much sleep, I had a dream. I was at that same parking place again. I tried to pull my motorcycle and it fell off again. But this time, things are worst.

Some dudes, called and shout to me, “What have you done to my motorcycle?”. One of them, grab my collar and threaten me to pay back him money. That woke me up crying.

·      Someone that I trusted:

It was a girl. We have a lot of things in common. We like video games, eating, movies, styles and we also talking with each other about our problem. It was the right decisions.

I talked to her about what happened but she already knows about it already since she saw it. I was really ashamed and embarrassed of myself. But she just gave me one rule.

·      Don’t talk to me:

She just said, “If you can’t lift or pull your motorcycle in 2 or 3 months don’t talk to me.”. I didn’t know how to respond to that and I just nod. It was not a very good feeling.

That day, when I arrived home, I tried lifting heavy things I could find. I tried lifting something heavy. But the next morning, I got cramp. It was very painful to me since I am not used to it. I gave up after 2 days.

·      Youtube:

I opened my Youtube. Then I saw, “Plank Every Day for a Month, See What Happens to Your Body”. It was by BRIGHT SIDE. Then I think this could work for me.

I did it everyday. On the first day, I can do it one minute but I didn’t get cramp on my second day. So I try lifting some weight. The next day, it hurts a bit, but I tried to do it for the next couple of days and get used to it.

 

·        After one month and a half:

After weeks, I can see that I am getting better at it and I was very content and happy with it. I tried to do it again and again. Then I started to like it. Now I feel comfortable talking to my friend again.

 

I do it every single days and now I can lift or pull my motorcycle easily and I saw this, “I’ve never seen anyone became strong without a dark past.”. I guessed that is true I guess.
